Of course, you are right that on large exchanges such as binance and bittrex, the chance to get into fraudsters by participating in IEO is minimal. But the cost of holding IEO on these sites is very high. Rumor has it that Binance has to pay around 20 BTC for locating the project on their site for IEO.

But can other projects afford to sell tokens on a launchpad binance? Maybe INVECH developers will find 20 BTC per listing?

Yes correction is necessary, it is indisputable, but usually it is done at the stage of project planning.

Its supposed to be an airtaxi using drones. They want to use these drone taxis to taxi passengers to Atauro island.

If I were team member, I should better think about Exchange and IEO launch first, than about drones and prototypes.

It would be better to create at first IEO in another, popular exchange and then make own platform with all priorities for investors, like staking and POS mining for example.

This is a really good idea, I think something like this team implements. Perhaps they are implementing a dividend payout system for coin holders, this could have a positive effect on Timor’s economy and on the price of the coin.

This is quite logical, so I agree with you. Third-party confidence is an additional guarantee for the investor and raising the status of the project as a whole.

For me as an ordinary investor that the project may come out on IEO's a plus. As intelligence exchanges select only the best projects because they themselves are interested in the growth of the token. And a chance to get fraud in this case is much smaller.

On the one hand it is very good, and on the other hand not really, because most of the startups such as invech, even if they are promising will not be able to get on the floor, because the fee for listing starts from 20 BTC. This budget is not for everyone under force.

I understood the opposite, that team must sell their tokens with IEO on one of the exchanges. But maybe I'm wrong. Need to ask this question to developers, but based on the roadmap soon will be announcements about future plans and current results.
