Do those ones who has bought tokens during the ICO stage have advantages over those who will buy them in the secondary market a bit later?

Invech Crypto Exchange seems an amazing project to me, it is so ambitious to start creating a crypto exchange that can power the economy of the country. But I believe in crypto future!
The goal is not important, the results are important. All projects want to change the world, but in reality their price is a hundred times lower than on ICO.It is for this reason that at this stage it is simply impossible to invest in such projects.
