I am a Chinese user,i am sorry for that all the ICO project is  forbidden by our government,I think your IPCchain is a good project,How can I join in it?

Hi Phantom, and thanks for the encouragement.

As you might know, we have decided to take down our tokens in major Chinese exchanges, we will re-list it on other major exchanges, most likely bittrex and yobit pending approval.

Glad you liked it, though on our re-list we will not be allowing Chinese users to buy our tokens.

Hey guys,

I tried Google translate on your latest announcements here , did I get it right that you will launch your own chain and when you do that the tokens on ethereum blockchain will be moved there, and those on the new blockchain will be rewarded twice the tokens? But how about the value.

That's true Smiley

Stay tuned

thought China block ICO

Same thought.

Please explain.

this ico is done ? china ban ico this week,

There seems to be a lot of concerns about the ban, and rightly so.

The blanket ban is to stop ICOs in China, not elsewhere. We are free to operate elsewhere.

While we are China-based, we have colleagues and supporters globally, and this ban will only serve to make us more global.

You are right.

China went to block ICO last week, and (oops) she did it again yesterday by closing down certain token trading. This doesn't bear well for ICO, and ioho not the right step.

Nonetheless, we are still able to continue IPCchain outside of China, and we are taking these steps:

Step 1: re-listing on non-Chinese exchange
Step 2: repurchasing from Chinese token holders (optional to sell)
Step 3: redistributing tokens to everyone (at a discounted rate)

We still have tremendous support for IPCchain tokens, and naturally we don't want to run foul with the local authorities. But it is our project and we will continue growing it.

Yes, we are a China based team.

Chinese authorities have issued a blockage of new ICOs, our ICOs took place before the new ruling. Nonetheless we are actively seeking consultation.

We will continue to develop IPChain and serve a bigger audience.

Very interesting project, this ICO took place before the new ruling so should be okay.  But do you have any prevention or plan B regarding to this rule?

===========================ANN===========================

1. We are a Chinese-based team, and had a successful pre ICO in China. Due to the new regulations by the authority we have decided to delist our trades on major Chinese exchanges and relist it outside of China.

2. We were caught in a limbo as on the second day of trading the local authorities announced the news. When we delisted we were trading at 0.85USD, growing from the pre-IPO price of 0.38USD to 0.85USD in 24 hours.

3. To create more awareness, we have initiated a voluntary buy back from our Chinese investors, the tokens that are bought back will be resold at a discounted price of 0.70USD to users outside of China.

4. The relisting date on Bittrex and Yobit will be in mid September and priced at 1USD, pending exchange approval.

5. The discounted price will only be available to full members and above from bitcointalk. We have not hashed out the specifics yet, but most likely via a discount code that users can input in into our system.

6. To adhere to regulatory, we will not offer the sales of our tokens to U.S. and Chinese citizens.

Any suggestions and questions are welcomed Smiley
