I sent some coins to my nxt-e account and now they are confirmed, but stuck "On hold", I can't use them in trades. It's the first time I experienced this, any clue what is happening?

Confirmed, I just got a notification on my bitcoin-qt wallet.
I take that back. Their published transaction does not include a tx fee despite them deducting a 0.0005 btc from my withdrawal request.

I requested a btc withdrawal from nxt-e but haven't received any transaction id or any indication of that transaction being broadcasted to the network. What's going on? How long is this suppose to take? The withdrawal request was done 20+ minutes ago.
