What is PUBLIQ
PUBLIQ, a non-profit Foundation, is a blockchain distributed media ecosystem owned, governed and operated by a global independent community, whose members enjoy unlimited potential of free expression and enterprising, as well as full protection of their identity and intellectual property rights.

Technology
PUBLIQ will use its own independent blockchain based on a modified Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm. The blockchain will hold account related information, transactions and content metadata.
