Is this a best momentum for bounty hunters to get their rewards token after waiting for so long? Finally! But, unfortunately there are some problem on KYC proccess which is not really important for bounty hunters as they would not do money laundering.

I still have a problem with my KYC verification as a bounty hunter. A support team replied to me after several emails that there are no documents to review in my profile which is very weird. when I log in, I still have the notice that my documents are awaiting approval.
Any chance for us who are affected this way?

If they say they have no documents to review, you can send them the documents via email. I did the same with many projects earlier and they approved me manually. For Jinbi, I faced no problem as they approved my KYC.

I contacted the support team via email because my KYC wasn't approved and they were very helpful. Now my account is verified and every thing is fine.Any chance for us who are affected this way?
Send them your documents via email, it is the best thing to do. Only 4 days left to appeal.

This is something that is not really good, for those who joined and passed documents. They are the one who should message the participant if they have no documents to approve next is why would they only rush things now and those who not emailwd them will have a problem on it. Its not just weird because, they shpuld be the one responsible to contact the participants.

it is possible to increase the number of transactions ? I saw this happening since 3 months ago
also do not know what to say about this project , i was to late with taking care of my KYC because i thought that it was not needed in the beginning
Have you tried contacting the admin? that's the only way

oh, very long time I saw jinbi project still confusing bounty participants in doing kyc ... many participants complained that it didn't escape KYC

You are right but I don't know whether our documents are lost or any further reason why they are keeping the review process too long. My friend has been accepted a long time ago. I registered a day after he registered and yet, I am under review.
You are right, that is what is happening now. I did not know what really happened, maybe the team checked the participants' KYC randomly. You must ask the question directly to the team, maybe after that your KYC will be processed immediately.

I uploaded such document and still waiting for approval.
