Payments are set auto every 10 min after block are mature.
Just read and learn what maturation block means.
ALSO, you must know about difficulty and block found.
OFC if you are the only one mining a coin with low hashrate and difficulty is very high you (or pool) wont be able to find ANY block and you wont get a single coin.
That's ALWAYS this way at our pool and at EVERY pool in the world.
its a few miners on your pool so coin mature more then a day,
