Is this coin is minable? I saw this coin in some youtube channel and articles, seems that JPM in the beginning was very critical in cryptocurrency but the globe is flat lol! So JPM has chose now to adopt the crypt technology.
No, you simply provide your dollars to that bank or your Bitcoins. They prefer Bitcoin, then you will receive JPM Coin! The description says that the value equals something of air. Roll Eyes

I smell something fishy with this thread, seems the people behind are using the controversy of JPM about being critical to Bitcoin, and they are using it now to collect funds? New era of scamming people isn't it? Is this thread and team is legit?

The worst part is that even if this coin it's centralized, not open source, non-minable, pegged to a value backed by words, run by JP Morgan, ...it's still better than 99% of the ICOs in this section. Cry

Jamie Dimon, what took ye so long? I tried this four years ago  Cheesy

I was disappointed that your idea wasn't for a monsantocoin... you can use it to get discounted pesticide sprays, fertilizers and GMOs.

[PRE-ANN] DOLLARCOIN - Earth's first Consensus Fixed Value Cryptocurrency (CFVC)

Preliminary Mission Statement: The primary purpose of Dollarcoin [DC] is to provide a non-volatile cryptocurrency capable of maintaining a price stability of 1:1 with the U.S. Dollar by the adoption of Consensus Fixed Value [CFV] (as well as several other possible methods utilized by a Dollarcoin Foundation along with the Dollarcoin community).  What is CFV? CFV is the voluntary yet implicit agreement that no one shall sell or buy Dollarcoin for any value greater than or less than the value of 1 U.S.dollar.  Why? Because it is Dollarcoin.

the project arose most recently. I still can not understand all of its essence. the activity, tat I observe, does not fully explain, what is happening. It seems to me, that it is rather unclear. how the team is going to popularize its idea and create a product for the general development of society

JPM coin started with the ann topic looks like a joke.
I don't understand why such highly expected coin from JP Morgan launched with such terrible topic, very lack of essential information.

Sometimes things really are as they appear.

Having said that, I think this is going to be the next biggest thing since HoweyCoins.

Quote
The coin will be backed by the US Dollar, and as per the concept of stablecoins, 1 JPM Coin will be equal to 1 USD.
The allocated price of JPM coin means that the coin of JP Morgan has been over-valued, much higher than the figure of Ripple (XRP).
Ripple has fluctuated from second to third positions on coinmarketcap.
Will JPM coin can take over Ripple some day in 2019?

Honestly, I don't known the JPM coin is an official one from JP Morgan.
Yesterday, I read a article on the intention of JP Morgan to launch its own crypto asset, altcoin.
Today, after seeing the topic, I searched to find out more about JP Morgan coin.
What I found are:
https://cointelegraph.com/news/ripple-ceo-brad-garlinghouse-says-jpmorgan-coin-misses-the-point-of-crypto
https://www.cnbc.com/video/2019/02/14/jp-morgan-crypto-currency-bank-blockchain.html
https://www.cnbc.com/2019/02/13/jp-morgan-is-rolling-out-the-first-us-bank-backed-cryptocurrency-to-transform-payments--.html
https://www.theverge.com/2019/2/14/18224976/jp-morgan-chase-cryptocurrency-banking-cnbc

The last one likely implied that JP Morgan actually launched its own crypto.  Huh
https://www.marketwatch.com/story/jpmorgan-just-launched-its-own-cryptocurrency-what-you-need-to-know-2019-02-14

To sum up, is the ANN topic come from JP Morgan?

I dont think people will invest on your tokens because you have no whitepaper, no teams, no website, and much other things which must be available for a project!

This project doesn't need any of that. It runs on a POD algorithm, otherwise known as "Proof of Dimon." That's all anybody needs to know.
