Tokens for the ICO will be distributed via the http://tec.kapu.one site yet to be completed.

that is an interesting question how exactly token will be distributed?...If ICO starts on 16th September and will end on 16th October this will be period of collection of funds. It seems that with the launch of main net on 21st October distribution people will be able to have access to their tokens. This is what I found and understand from very opening intro post of the project.

What measures have been put in place to check volatility and what financial security measures on Blockchain are in place to regulate the use of the token.?
