Here's an update on the situation: I've narrowed it down to a handful of developers with good combinations of skillsets I think would compliment each other going forward and help distribute the workload amongst them. I'm in the process of setting up a group meeting for us hopefully this weekend to introduce ourselves to each other, go over the short term game plans, and assign everyone a role/area. Im hoping to have the team announced by Sunday night, but if we cant set up a meeting within the next day then it will come ASAP next week. There are 5 people including myself in 3+ timezones (still waiting to hear back from 1 on availibility) so it is making the scheduling of the meeting somewhat difficult. Although if everything works out it would be nice because we could potentially have round the clock development going on! sunglasses

I will be announcing a fixed amount that will be required to compensate the dev team, and a separate proposed budget for immediate marketing/bounties id like to start asap. I have gotten a few people offering donations to bring on the new developers but will need much more if we would like to secure all the potential devs and run a bounty program! I will not have the new dev team start until the funds to compensate them have been collected in a public donation address to ensure they will be paid for their time dedicated. If you're willing to contribute any KLT to the dev fund or bounty program and havent reached out to me already, please do so soon! Cant wait to get this train back on it's tracks! grin

Just wanted to bring everyone up to speed on what the situation is over here.

I'm still in talks with the potential devs collecting quotes, and narrowing down the options to the best candidates. I've gotten quiet a bit of interest so far so I'm confident we're still on track to have a team put together by the end of the weekend at this pace. Stay tuned for more updates!

I have not considered merging the 2 together, but am focusing on them 1 at a time. My plan is to focus on getting Klout master nodes implemented into the existing coin, and hopefully give it a face lift with a new logo and marketing bounties. I plan to target more exchanges when the volume/funding increases.

After KLT has working MN and all the components that go along with that (website, wallets, explorers, etc), I will transition the team to focus more on a new hard fork for LSC and will airdrop for the existing holders. This will also allow us to generate our own funding from the premine to use towards development, listing, marketing, etc.

Have you considered merging coins?  Or just focusing on 1 coin for now, probably Klout as it has some listings on the exhcnages already. I would imagine, time and effort such as giving tech support, answering questions, keeping up socially would be a lot, for one coin alone, let alone paying double fees for exchanges and any other consumables.

I'll definitely keep it mind when the time comes. I want to secure an agreement with an interested party before i start collecting donations. Thanks for showing your support!

I recently stated.... but sharing again since you're newly taking over... I'm down to begin mining on this coin and jump in to help... as soon as you have a MacOS Wallet. I'm told they're relatively easy to compile... but I'm no coder and don't know the ins and outs.

Nice to meet you too! Right now I'm looking for someone/people that are interested in taking these coins to the next level. We need a developer experienced with coding for masternodes and getting them implemented.  I'm going to try and outline a game plan to get some community interaction going via bounties and other activities, but the funds for everything depend on what I can raise from the community at this point. I've already had a few people reach out to me and offer to contribute funds for bringing a developer on so I have high hopes that we'll be able to strike a deal with someone that truly believes in these coins and wants to see them all the way to fruition.

Solo operation. LSC(Luminous) started out with a team that turned into just me. Even the original "takeover" person just waits for me to update shit.

is it just you working on the project or do you have people on your team?

I have asked for support from two communities and was left hanging or being asked how much I can pay them to help. I did this for nothing and have less than what I started with. Now that I lost everything and leave, I get offers. This just seems more wrong than me leaving.

if you need help and support please let the community know. You probably have a ton of people that would love to help you on this.

thats sad to hear  but ..  its wrong what you are now doing leaving us like this!!... people have invested  lots of money on klt and lsc...  why not stay with it man?   we always supported you.  ...  if you abondon this like this  .. wahts the different between  you  and the old lsc dev?
