In return of using their name they will get roughly 50% of the proceeds in this case 50% of $25 million that will be raised by ICO.
This nothing but both pure greed & smart move by Kodak to cash on the Crypto hype.

Please beware, Kodak Coin is not created by Kodak, but they just lending name for it.
