What's the relationship between this project and Gems ?

I believe Gems is just the first project to be funded on Koinify. From what I hear I expect a lot more projects to come out in January.

Update for BTCTalk.

We have been having a bunch of exciting development around the offices. We have announced our funding for $1.4M+, and added CEO of Gyft, Vinny Swanson as an Advisor and Tim Swanson as a mentor.

------------------------

Crypto Crowd-funding 2.0 had an article in TechCrunch about us:
http://techcrunch.com/2014/10/17/bitcoin-2-0-crowdfunding-is-real-crowdfunding/

CoinDesk covered our funding announcement:
http://www.coindesk.com/koinify-1-million-smart-corporation-crowdfunding/

CoinFire covered our addition to board:
http://coinfire.cf/2014/10/10/ceo-gyft-joins-koinify-advisory-board/

And our founder Tom Ding did a session on DApps with Epicenter Bitcoin!

------------------------

We've been ramping up development, and plan on launching next month. We have a really awesome project selected, and are working away day by day to bring the community the most secure, transparent, professional & due diligence crowd-sale the bitcoin space has seen yet.

Keep close eye for more updates!

If you are in California - better take some swimming in a beach  Grin - your project is very good - but the market is too small - simple and easy.

Koinify is a great professional organization. I am excited to see what projects get listed through Koinify.

Is your platform live?

I figured I would give some feedback!

- SSL is a must! You should get on that asap, you can find cheap SSL certs on Namecheap (They take bitcoins).
- The theme is amazing, I love the simplicity and the color scheme (blue is op)

Other than that, I am more interested in your blog setup! You should actually look into isolating the parts of each site into their own sub-domain (even their own VPS/dedicated server) later down the line. It improves security Smiley

SSL is on its way! Thank you for all the feedback, most of that is in the works Smiley

Few typos on site, eg Mountian View
Think san serif fonts would look a lot better too.
This field is certainly an area ripe for innovation though so good luck with the project.

Thanks for the feedback, we appreciate it!

Big news, we've also released our funding round of $1M!

Looks great, I'm really interested to see what dapps and dacs you can help to launch. Do you have any estimated timeline for when you will issue your first tokens for a project?

We're hoping for a few weeks. You should sign up for our newsletter, we plan on sending the first email out when we're launching a project.

That's great, not too long to wait then. Thanks for the info, I have signed up for your newsletter!

Great to see and this is exactly what the crypto space needs!

Are you guys focusing primarily on Bitcoin or will your platform be open altcoins as well?

Hey, thanks! That's what were striving for, we want to see this technology grow and foster in development and innovation.

As for the coins, we issue assets off of Counterparty as tokens for your campagin - and as for payment, we only accept Bitcoin at the moment, but have fiat in the pipeline and altcoins possibly in the future.
