Rewards are soft capped at 19,450,000,000. After that every block generates 500 KTO.

    1-500,000 = 20,000 KTO (past)
    500,001-1,000,000 = 10,000 KTO
    1,000,001-1,500,000 = 5,000 KTO
    1,500,001-2,000,000 = 2,500 KTO
    2,000,001-2,500,000 = 1,400 KTO
    2,500,000+ = 500 KTO

Was Indocoin (IDC), is same network, same blockchain. Most likely there is a lot of abandoned Indocoin. Some exchange addresses haven't moved.
