I am afraid this won't work on XP. Claymore's miners are working on Windows XP but they don't support Karbo, those interested may ask him to add support in corresponding threads.

It actually needed a little adjustment in the forknote code. The exact config is here, you can edit it whatever you want if needed:

The current Forknote version does not support Karbowanec, but the upcoming version is supporting it. (we use the upcoming version on Democats)

netcoler asked about it, why not, maybe he has a bunch of old PC's somewhere (school, some office) which can be used for mining.
