please update your wallet to version 1.0.0.3.This version includes dns seeds for faster synchronization.

1. Download here: https://www.kredsblockchain.com

2. Make a backup of the wallet.dat file, store it somewhere. You can find your application support folders (In these locations):

* Windows: %APPDATA%\Kreds\
* Mac OS: ~/Library/Application Support/Kreds/
* Unix/Linux: ~/.kreds/

3. Delete all the other files except wallet.dat and keep any kreds.conf files you may have created;
4. Start the wallet and wait for it to re-sync, which might take some mins.

CB is currently the best, but really low volume. Also some people finds DEXes difficult to use. So they may not register for CB, just for that reason.
