I share the idea of distributing coins to non-tech savvy people but why is interesting to combine PoW and PoS with such big premine? How is supposed people is going to earn Kreds? If the other ways to earn Kreds are easier than mining, isn't it going to discourage miners and mn owners?
The premine is exactly for the utility of actions earning on websites. We are designing it at launch in a way that encourages both earning AND spending. There is a cost to many actions, and this will be a liquid model that can be adjusted once we have live data. What we launch the first media site with will not be it's final goals and earnings model. Users will not be able to withdraw until we feel people are comfortable with the model and our economic approach is deemed solid.
Feedback and data analysis will play a large role post launch. The first of four sites these next two quarters will greatly help us gauge the incentives and cost associated with user interaction, in essence a public beta test model.
The Kreds strategic vision document will detail this liquid launch model (coming shortly) so you can see earning and cost per actions. The goal is to promote quality comments and encourage those who do so to the articles they are commenting on, or side pieces people write.

The source code is available from https://github.com/KredsBlockchain/kreds-core
Retarget time is based on the total hashrate of the network. Since we use D106 the network adjust to handle both low and high hashrates.

i need some advice my ccminer alexis is reporting about 300MHs. (suprnova and hashpool.eu i tried both)
but at the pool side it only shows about 150 MHs.
any recommendation what to change

Try first another pool to see if the share rates are higher, we love Suprnova because it has a long established history of good pools and no coin theft. However, sometimes it seems the share rate on their pools is a bit lower than others. It could be many things, but first try a new pool for testing, your share rate is usually what determines your reported hashrate.
Hope this helps, also check to make sure you are not massively overclocking your GPU, this can actually (sometimes) cause a degradation in the rate of shares. Then use process of elimination, try another version of the ccminer, ensure your settings look solid.

Why isn't there more interest in this project? I mean thread popped up beautiful wallets, everything seems in perfect order. well done I mean it seems very professional. I've been mining away from day 1

sadly this is cryto for the past few years man, always like that. legit/honest solid teams (with no ICO money!) like this are always left in the dark and dust of big community or volume coins and ICO projects that suck money from ppl. everyone and their mom with all the ico hype just wanna chase and promo big money ico projects so ppl can HOPE to get big returns fast just so they can be in/out on a coin for 'easy money' at the start. i mean sure SOMETIMES an ico coin turns out to be big money but u have to hold a long time anyways. whereby holding janus/kreds long as least you won't get dumped on and they are working towards something great (and yes....the price will go up eventually).
hopefully ppl are sick of scams BY NOW (it's been forever!) and finally invest in something good like these such projects.
