The previous referendum (#19) has been rejected because it failed to obtain a super majority.
This week under voting -- referendum #20 is to add council member SGARAGAGGHU as a registrar to be able to verify identities on chain.

Referendum #18 (Hotel Adriano runtime upgrade) is passed and will be activated in 8 days.
This week under voting is referendum #19 -- reduce miner voluntary taxation from 20% to 10%.

Referendum #18 is now on. The voting period begins now, and ends on Sunday. If passed, this will enable the Hotel Adriano runtime upgrade.
* Reduce council desired member count to 7 due to the inactivity issues.
* Add support for miner reward curve. Disabled by default.
* Add support for additional rewards, allowing implementations of mandatory taxation. Disabled by default.

Look at the order book of this coin. Who would have thought that this coin will reach about 45cents after almost a year of inactivity here? Lucky for those who mined and believed that this coin will hit in the market. But since the trading just commenced, expect that in few weeks, the price may go down and may see the true value of this coin. So be ready for what may happen in the next few weeks if you are seriously investing on this coin.
The price is getting better. After 3 weeks that I posted the above message, the price has risen a lot. The profit for those who bought even this first week of August are already enjoying their gains. a little interested in the concept of this project, but I haven't seen such a video tutorial for mining using windows, it's a shame it's never provided, if you want this project to have a lot of community you need to make lots of writing or video tutorials so that everyone comes for this project, but I will study a little there
