The question is not really straight. If You mean the ownership - it DOES NOT belong to the Government.
As for support, the Government supports all projects that help creating digital economy, it is one of priorities in Kazakhstan.

We haven't answered some of You requests yet because we are working hard. Just to let You know, what are the main activities at the moment:-tech staff has already submitted necessary information for the listing process
-tech staff is building own pool. It is already working in a test mode. Moreover later on it will be multipool.
-tech staff is preparing detailed instuctions for MN setup
-web team is developing website in Chinese (China is Kazakhstan's neighbour, there is huge interest in crypto from there)
All these will be fulfilled shortly. But it literally takes time.
Whenever anything is ready immediately we announce and publish.

Since the majority asks for Windows, tech staff is preparing both. When it is ready and doublechecked it will be published. That is normal, and believe we are interested in many independent MNs running, it is so good for project.
