how do you mine this coin then?
I've compiled this coin from source (https://github.com/ladaco/ladacoin) on my Debian 8.5 server, but calling getblocktemplate takes minutes to return. If you can get the getblocktemplate to return in a reasonable period of time, I will set up a block explorer.
I see your node is nice working without command "getblocktemplate"Which is only needed for the pool and Mining. Entering at the pool is not required and is not approved.

getblockhash and other rpc calls the same trouble
still waiting for other exchanges immediately . and for mining solo in the wallet will be fine if we follow instructions from the dev . probably only a matter of high bit slow in the wallet each.
YoBit is necessary and Bittrex is better

EDIT: restarted from scratch (no data), now cannot sync, all nodes fail to connect, wtf ?

After several hours Mining change to lower diff, and is recalculated every 4 blocks or every 10 minutes.
