It looks like the unified login account thing has been released. Good thing I happened to see the message about needing to have a matching account... I only saw it yesterday!

I can't login though. I get "this area is currently available to lease providers only." What's going on?

You're trying to log in with the renter's form. If you're a provider sign in here, https://www.leaserig.net/index.jsp?page=admin

Providers and customers can login from the same place.

Customers cannot login to the provider panel https://www.leaserig.net/index.jsp?page=admin

No one should login to the provider panel.

edit: never mind, my provider login is still working. This whole thing is making me nervous though. Please don't mess this up, because I don't want to have to go through the signup process again.

I recommend you login as a customer not as a provider.  

Once you are logged in as a customer.  Ignore that LTC button, click on the providers link on the top right.  You will see that unified logins are working.

The providers login page will be going away and those who cannot currently manage their rigs after logging in as a customer will have their accounts disabled.

SSL is now mandatory and patched.   We clearly avoided the SSL bug by acquiring a non-ssl site and delaying implementation until patches were released Smiley

You guys should have some type of messaging system threw LR. The email works but a PM system would be a lot easier. For providers.

I really like that idea.   A provider/customer chat system?  

My ideas:

- Add a rating and review/feedback system, allowing customers to look at the ratings and comments about their leases on the site, without having to go to individual threads in Bitcointalk, and they don't have to sign up in bitcointalk just to leave a review.

- Add a chat system between the renter and the provider, since some providers don't check their emails or bitcointalk. Also, email notifications for every new message in leaserig.

- Add a "centralized hashrate" system for renters. For example, Steve needs 1MH/s, and wants to point it at ghash.io. He rents 0.5MH/s from miaviator, and 0.5MH/s from me. He can simply tick a button named "Allocate hashrate to existing pool". He can also switch pools for all his rented rigs directly from a dashboard.

- Allow providers to keep the balances on the site. This way, refunds can be processed on LeaseRig, and the fee is taken on withdrawal.

I got served a regular customer login form from that URL, just once, but the login gave me an "internal error" type message, and then the site went down again for a few minutes after which it went back to normal. I guess I could be mistaken and it was just a redirect, but I don't think so.

Customers may notice a 2FA button in their account page.

Also I've heard no complaints about the captcha since the high security feature was turned off allowing for a 1 character leeway.

Are ping replies disabled to leaserig.net? I'm having some trouble with my connection to leaserig.net according to LRP, but the web front end works fine. I'm trying to troubleshoot the problem.

I am having problems with the helpdesk page. I tried signing up today but never received the email with the password.
And at the same time I don't seem to have any luck talking to an agent online.
Also miaviator responded to my pm with a predefined message pointing me to helpdesk...
So... All I wanted to ask is when I will get my deposit back. I got over 100 hours of rent on my rig...

All handled by support.  I was unaware that you were having problems registering with the helpdesk.  My apologies.  Let me know if it isn't resolved.

Prices go up as well as down...

I'm worried too, but we've seen dips like this before.

It's probably going to plummet more, until it reaches $300.
Then it will stabilize, and China should make some good news, and it should come back up.
