this is pure scam. Someone else is presenting himself as a exchange representative
and asks you for "test" deposits. I'm 100% sure this is scam. Change your passwords
and ALWAYS enable 2FA

Are you sure you are in the official support? It's very weird that they are asking for your password..
Anyway I've used the support they have in the site (chat) and they were pretty quick, I'd suggest you to try it.

Something strange with TOKOK.
I deposit LTHN from Hashvault pool.
I receive 4 payments but another 15 didn't came on TOKOK.
I asked for help in official telegram chanel (link from web site).

First admin (TOKOK-一心) in private chat say me that: Theres an issue with your account. We will need to access your account to solve it. And asked me password and e-mail

  I say NO.

After this another person (Tokok | Support Team) in private chat say me that I need activate my account.For this I need deposit min. 100$ in BTC or ETH.

WTF???

EDIT:  It accesses data on websites to tell if the proxy is dead or not. In that case it will disable the proxy and warn you that the connection failed.
