We can check easily if they really limited and only have a frontend problem.
Both pools about the same pool total hashrate. So also should be quite same of amount of blocks which are found.

Edit: on supernova we found last 177, now is 202 .... This looks like big scam....

FUD there no 51000 KH/s all workers are being throttled back !!!

If there are only few pools (suprnova, cryptoday)
So all blocks should only be mined either one of these pools.

Otherwise, private pool from DEV for sure coz no source, no wallet.
Let's check from block 180 ++
