Here are the strength of Lina;

1. The results are completely transparent to the users.
2. The assessment is decentralized so it cannot be faked.
3. Users and Helpers can earn Lina token basing on their contribution.
4. Build specific review criteria for each subject with the assistance of available team of Helpers.
5. Unlimited types of products or services.
6. Users can become Helpers if they have many high quality reviews. Helper may lose their position if there are many poor quality reviews.
7. Revenue is completely recorded on the blockchain and visible to the public.

The Lina Token (LINA) is the native token of the Lina Platform. The reviews of the buyer for a certain product is very important to other consumer because the reviews will determine the quality of the certain product.
The lina project is the first block chain platform that has a reliable reviews that is based on the buyers.

Based from that statement, we can conclude the credibility of this project. It will give feedbacks in accordance to the review of the customers. A genuine statement will help the customers to believe in this project.
We don't need to worry anymore if the reviews is fraud or has a third-party interference. Hoping that lina will become the great source of basis in terms of reviews.

Well I guess, it is hard to get companies who are willing to criticize. They will not put their reputation in a risk. They have there own reviews and I assure that they always want a liitle bit of criticism but a lot of applause.
Just imagine you are the CEO of a famous company. You completely sold your products in a limited time with a high marginal revenue. Will you put your reputation just to criticize your company? How about some people found out the weakness of it? I guess you will not also put the risk in your name.
Yes! this is just for the sake of the customers. In order to guide us consumer in appropriate products and services that we will be satisfied. On the other hand, are you sure negative feedback will bring the wellness of the company? It is for those companies who are openminded to cure their lack in service.
I guess few firms will just enter with this review. Companies who wanted to have negative and positive feedback. Unless they required to join in this review. For sure, companies that will join this review are those who wanted to advertise their company and has more positive criticism. I know companies will enter here anticipated already the feedback of the customers.

If the reviews can be paid to do fake ratings for those products and some related thing in your platform, how can people and readers be assured that you are being transparent too? Sorry for the words and Q, but let us be real even MAINSTREAM MEDIA and reporters are being paid to be BIAS!

This is everyone's concern and really a big problem for having the transparency, how can LINA know if the review is unique and not just to have the payment? If ii am a company want to be listed on LINA and I want the best review for my product I can easily use money like what most companies do to the mainstream!

As I read in the white paper about this project,
it states that the lina project is a kind of platform in which we as a consumer can have a transparent review of a certain product or services but how can I make sure that the reviews of the Lina project are credible?

i'm not agree for this red words, what make blockchain worth and diffrent? it's is 2 spesocial things that no other tech have: imposible to change data, and decenterline. When you review on yourfacebook, today u can say like this, but tomorow, when people complain affter buy in your review link, u can delete your review, or u can change it, it can't be on blockchain tech,unless all user agree for you to change =)) softfork . and decenterline: how many vote from users who realy bought your product can vote a bad quality for you? u can delete it easy. the power is in hand every user in blockchain tech

this is it: customer will fist check the review from the pro reviewer, lina call it "Helper" which is invited to joint lina platform and also needed to verify his/her pro on his review in the real world to decide buy or not. ex1: customer buy and UP vote again for this product and this helper, the thing they bought is good, like the Helper reviewed, the helper will stay at this position and continute to earn lina coin pay by seller who bought lina to review their product. ex2: customer buy and DOWN vote again for this product and this helper, the thing they bought is NOT good like the Helper reviewed, if it continue to happend again and again, helper will be kicked out from heper position, no more profit from lina platfrom for his bad helper any more, what ever reasion, he was bought by producer or his bad skill , he will out, and normal user, who only buy and vote exactly how the product is, for a time they will be considered to be a Helper and take profit from producer who want their product be reviewed in lina platform. that's how it work

It was an acronym of the Service ifyou just read the post above you. and once the service is established and become popular LINA will always reminds us of the Assessment system this platform offers.  After all Name is always tagged by its branding (if I am not mistaken)


I'm yet to finish reading the WP but I can say it is an interesting service though there are already some  payment platform that uses this kind of system  (feed back / review system) so if you won't mind can you differentiate the service of your platform to the feedbacks or review of some online store/payment platform review tab.

Indeed true, in some other point of view you are right dude. Literally, it is the name of an individual girl/female and I don't see any relation of lina  review in this industry. Though I'm a newbie only as I read the whitepaper you have I still don't understand so easily, instead for what I understood about this was Lina is a kind of blockchain platform that could give enhancement for the user in this industry.

The "Lina" in our project mean "Link(LI) and(N) Assessment(A)". We want to create a system where everyone (user,merchant,expert,advertiser) can be linked with each other and be assessed by the community. That mean merchant's products, expert's review, user's review can all be assessed/rated as well as given reward based on the result.

Hi Wallflower28! Reading through their WP, it seems a merchant or advertiser needs to sign up and register for Lina.review, thus, listed goods and services will vary from interested companies who deems reviews are to be essential part of their marketing strategies. And yes, they are ready to be both applauded and critized at the same time (since they willingly entered and signed up for Lina.review).

As per your last question, i'll say this will very much benefit the consumers arming us with relevant reviews and feedback, but at the same time, will also benefit merchants whose products and services are really worth our coins.

I guess the better question here is, with merchants needing to pay for signing up and registration, won't the list of goods and services be limited compared to platforms where participation is free? Is it not possible to keep the platform free to increase and diversify products and services listings?

As long as there is so called inside job. Companies can manipulate the review. Eventhough there is a tough requirement to become a helper. They will make a way just to have this helper.
I said already that "we don't know the mentality of the businessman" they always searching for a new solution in order for their problems to solve. In fact, they will do anything just to provoke their competitors and to lead the dominance of the market.
I want to enlighten up with this problem because reviews will lead for a total manipulation of a company. Hoping that in the end, LINA review will make a solution for these unpredictable move of companies.

As long as cheatings are not resolve. Definitely, it will be biased and the customers may mislead to a proper and genuine company that offers a quality products with low value of prices. Reviews affect the choices of costumers, the demand of the products will be based upon reviews. We are all consumers and it is a fact that we always want to satisfy the products we bought on market. We have our own preferences and some of this are based from reviews gathering from other people.

I also want to ask, what are goods and services that this project will be reviewed? Will all companies agree that they will criticize or review by the customers? I guess not.
Companies will not put their reputation for reviews only. Maybe, it is just for open minded companies.
We all know that reviews may be the basis of the companies to enhance their services more but what if these criticism will inflict a great damage to their profits caused by numerous person who criticize them?
Is this favorable only for customers?
