xLQDR Launch: Double Rewards Weighted Governance, and Expanding the Ecosystem

Phase One:

Locking Boosts and Revenue-Sharing Vault
Users can lock their LQDR for a period of 1 week to 2 years to earn xLQDR. You will receive a bigger boost of xLQDR the longer you lock your tokens.



Users who hold xLQDR will earn, on top of LQDR, a share of the deposit fees in FTM collected by the protocol in our Revenue Sharing Vault. Once we have migrated our masterchef contract, we will also incentivize the LQDR-FTM and LQDR-fUSDT pools with double rewards of LQDR + FTM for a limited period of time.

We’re still on track to release our Liquid Lottery by the end of the week, xLQDR will follow shortly after, we’re preparing an other article for it.

We will seed our first lottery with a nice prize so prepare your LQDR

Im here to give you an update regarding our development and what we aim to do in the coming days/weeks :

- Lottery feature  : We are aiming for a release in 10-12 days, we will seed our first LiquidLottery with funds from the dev wallet, the honeypot will be attractive enough to attract new users and it will increase demand for LQDR as well as its burning rate.

- veTOKEN model : Short term, this is our play to reduce selling pressure and increase demand and utility for LQDR. Users will be able to lock their LQDR for a range of time between 1 week and 4 years. The longer you lock your LQDR, the bigger the amount of veLQDR you will receive. Users will be able to vote for the pools they’d like to see incentivized, farming emissions will be based on the amount of votes each pool have, enabling full governance with your veLQDR.

- We will deplete the current LQDR pool to replace it with a veLQDR single staking pool. Users will receive double rewards : LQDR + FTM from the deposit fees

Now, our long term plan for LiquidDriver is leveraged farming. We are currently discussing with a potential partner to act as our lender. If you want to check similar project doing this, you can check AlphaHomora or Alpaca on BSC. LQDR will receive excess interest, and the larger the amount of LQDR staked, the bigger the leverage available for the user.

We hired two solidity developers to speed up our development, so please bear with us, it’s just the start. We will also ramp up communication on our social medias.

By the end of next week, we'll have a rebranding with a new design for our website. In the meantime, we're hard at work on the lottery feature that will increase the burning rate of LQDR

I also think it's time to discuss the deposit fees, given the current APRs, I think we should discuss whether we should reduce it or not. Feel free to discuss it, we'll check the arguments from both sides and launch a vote early next week . We are updating our roadmap and will publish an article detailing our plans
