Charlie Lee's that post I also read in which he has regrets over selling his LTC to early.

I would like to note that it was after Charlie announced the sale of his coins, the protracted fall of the entire crypto-market is began . I don't think he truly regrets the sale, most likely Charlie is trying to make excuses for his actions. After all, the crypto-community has several claims to him.

First, he should not have publicly reported the sale. If we look at the developments he reported the sale on the following day after he sold his coins. And I watched a trade volumes, it was day as day. The market quietly digested his sale. But apparently Charlie was so pleased with the deal, that he decided to boast, otherwise I do not understand the other way. I think he could report for example a few months later.

Second, today he says he regrets that we are in the bear market. I can't believe him with all due respect. His Twitter account is considered to be one of the most reputable and it was he who announced the sale of his coins with the words that he expects a bear market. It was these words that frightened the community.

That is, in fact out that Charlie full of joy left the cryptocurrency and problems to the whole community. He shouldn't have done that. I think this is the reason for his regrets.
Maybe Charlie specifically this news lowered the price to buy cheaper. You need to do the opposite.

Clueless!
if the total supply of LTC increases that would really hurt us hodlers right now. why is that even an option?

see my previous post in the last thread on here.....mining scrypt-pow and LTC is overcapacity now...if they did this

it would really, really, puke and lock up IMHO...so unless POS coin is planned as an option someday..this makes no sense

thus confused

what are the potential ramifications of a revision higher for the total supply as Charlie mentioned in the interview recently?

Hey, I have a quick question about tx fees. If I send a multi transaction to 20 addresses, sending each of them 0.0009, I have to pay a 0.001 fee for each of the 20 addresses I am sending to. But if I send same transaction but raise it to 0.001 each, I only pay a transaction fee on the change going to a new address in my wallet. Is there a better way around this?

Clueless!
looks like ltc is going up again next week

{i just posted this because now the thread will pop up in my posts so can keep better tabs on it  Cheesy }

With litecoin pow-scrypt difficulty as it is, and rising, it is going to have to do much better than $152 per LTC.

Right now my fees for elec/rent/etc comes out to for ONE L3+ at 500mh and 800w a whopping $1.95 per day,

this is NOT sustainable with the amount of hash hitting the world by Bitmain and others...we will see...this could get very ugly...

$1.95 per L3+ pers day! Living the Dream!

i m not a miner but i can imagine you are not selling anything you mine atm waiting on better prices

Electric/data hall rent etc, etc..... Bill is currently for 8100mh exactly $1,270.08...per month...profit per month at 154 LTC is $952.80

As I said, with scrypt-pow equipment hitting from Bitmain and what people are 'guessing' of a 1.5gh 400w miner Bitmain will offer in the Fall but

run itself all summer (they did this from Nov 15th till Mar 15th....took order but did not deliver till March..mined themselves and difficulty went up 100%)

Just saying...price vs above games/equipment dump and such....it is not sustainable

as to the electric question you have to sell LTC month to month to pay the nice electric/data hall fees

not looking very good at the moment for scrypt-pow and LTC ....consequences if mining vs profit gets too out of whack

Also my stuff is All R.O.I.'d but 6 units I got on a hedge with 'dubious alts' in case price of BTC (effecting alt prices) dumped again from 8k to 6.6k..

again, dubious alts so it was kinda a wash...guys not in my boat that got all in this last march/spring...they got to be going crazy right now

Litecoin Payments are Quietly Starting to Catch On
As Mr. Lee recently tweeted:

“FYI: Coinbase’s Shift Visa debit card can be linked to any wallet in your Coinbase account. So, in addition to BTC, it can be set up to deduct from your LTC

In recent years, it becomes a lot of positive messages. And seen the good mood of the people and it pleases, probably spring affects the growth of the market. When the market grows, then all the good mood.  Smiley

I wanted to talk about digital silver. Today it ranks 5th in the currency rating. There is an opinion that the LTC is underestimated. There are a number of questions for respected specialists:
Is it possible to consider LTC as a conservative currency?
Can he give 100% growth in a year?
SegWit and Litepay will help the growth of LTC?
I myself think that only growth is ahead, I will be grateful for other opinions.

Yep, Litecoin support Segwit address fully and also lightning network. In fact, Segwit was tested on LTC first and then on BTC network. This is response for your first question whereas support for ledger hardware wallet that I don't have any knowledge as didn't use that. I saw there was some balance showing problem with ledger wallet couple of days ago. Current status I don't know yet.

Thanks for that. I'll do some more investigating before using it :-)

This is how Litecoin works if look at the history suddenly it goes at back-foot to play and then make powerful come back. Charlie Lee's that post I also read in which he has regrets over selling his LTC to early. He can buy back as price are accessible once again. Litecoin's big rally will start with the full usage of LN and atomic swaps in future. New all time high even upper rank on marketcap is not excluded.

Wright coin is also an old coin, which was second only to bitcoin. After several years of wind and rain, the price is relatively stable. It is expected that its lightning network can bring some great changes, and continue to enhance the value.

What is that coin I never heard about this can you please tell us more. Maybe there is typo mistake you want to write about Litecoin LTC which is the old one but undervalued coin from my point of view it has good chance to replace BCash soon.
