It's sad that Litecoin is still so cheap and undervalued... I was hoping at 100$ after September pump  Cool

Hi,

We've added LTC to the miners multipool: www.zpool.ca

Cheers!

We've now added support for SegWit so we can mine LTC again.

Cheers!

Yes true, LTC is a very lucrative coin, lucky I still keep about 120 LTC. I do not think the price is skyrocketing, the Litecoin community is so strong that it keeps Litecoin steadily improving.
all coins why it is very depend on the value of BTC, although they have their own issue, its own technology and distribution, which makes it impossible to go up LTC while reducing the cost of BTC

Once things return to normal Litecoin will be biggest winner as lightening network based transactions will start widely. We have few weeks for the situation to normalize because after fork segwit will remain only option. Litecoin can reach at even $200 because potential and possibility is high.

I'm still wondering why LTC's price is under ETH, DASH, XRM, Zcash and other! Litecoin has been on the market way before any other alt, and it was welcomed by community, I dont understand why is so undervaluated! It was the second coin after Bitcoin, and in my opinion, still is! It has been prooved for many times that LTC is genuine and unique, just like Bitcoin, but the price is so undervaluated, comparative with other alts.

its crazy to see that btc will probably soon surpass 100M$ market cap {especially if you look back to the beginning of the year}
eth did perform very well this year and will have a bright future as well... just look at how well eth perform in terms of transaction time after the metropolis upgrade:: https://etherscan.io/chart/pendingtx
so just relax and enjoy the ride ... things will look very differently in 1..2 years..!

@ Orpel

Litecoin is one of the oldest alts on the scene. It has and continues to have great development and has gained the staple of being the silver to bitocoin's gold--which is a good thing.

Beyond that LTC has better transaction times and is a great space for innovation happen before it might be implemented in bitcoin core.

Hi,
So I'm trying to understand why sometime Litecoin is acting the same as Bitcoin and in other occasions, it acts as a different coin.
What's the exact connection between those two?

How come they have the same roll in the crypto environment and if so, what is the difference between it?

Though forked from bitcoin, Litecoin have ventured it's own path. Leaving SHA256 of bitcoin to Scrypt algo is one of the difference. And it has a more organized community hence faster response to obstacles than bitcoin.

yep FLO is awesome look we have a shooting star Cool weeeeee

So it started as a Bitcoin fork?
And besides the speed of transactions, what other advantages it has over BTC?
