I think it is ready, I just don't know when they will make use it fully. They already test it and it has been successfull.That's why I don't know now why LTC price is going down, I expect because of more undervalued coins which is so much cheap atm, like Siacoin, BCN, and Sys. They are eating the cashflow atm.

Good news indeed. Litecoin with SegWit and Lightning Networks etc. is about to become the most technologically advanced crypto-coin. It would be a far better option than Bitcoin to be used in merchant retail payments. Massive opportunities are appearing on the horizon.
