as long as there is a very nice "Electrum-ltc" wallet that you can install easily on your pc without the need of extreme space requirements of core, i don't see the need for an online wallet.

I recently opened a CoinWallet.co wallet to store my LTC coins. Your FAQ page says you require 6 confirmations before the transferred coins are applied to my wallets balance. I had 14 confirmations and the transaction still would not show up until about 10 minutes later when there was then about 20 confirmations. After they finally showed up in my CoinWallet.co account as a received payment, the problem continued and the coins are still in limbo I guess you would say, and they are not showing up as any type of balance, not even a pending balance...

Screenshots of CoinWallet.co Account:

2. LTC Wallet: http://prntscr.com/7t4x83

I have PMed you my username / email to my account.

Thank you so much!

All the previous posts mention this as being a scam.. Why did you send any coins to them? Not very smart..

And 200 coins at that, why not test with 1 or 2 and once you were comfortable send the rest?

If they would happen to show up, I would recommend getting them out of there regardless. Last post in this thread were accusations of it being a scam and no one has posted since September 19, 2014, until your post again today.

How do we know this site won't be 'hacked' eventually?  Undecided

We don't!

We can only do our best to make sure there are no security holes and the website software is up to date. Nothing / no website is 100% un-hackable - a determined and intelligent hacker will always find a way in.

The website will be back online soon.

I am just waiting for our new DDOS protection to be configured then the site will be live again.

It appears the CoinWallet.co server is down from a DDOS attack.

Message from host:

"Your server has been the target of an attack from the Internet. As a result this has placed a considerable strain on network resources and consequently a segment of our network has been very adversely affected. Your server has therefore been deactivated as a precautionary measure."

DDOS kiddies  Roll Eyes

Working to get the issue resolved asap.
