We are living in a growing digital world, where everything is surrounded by networks that are connected with centralized networks like Facebook, Google, and Apple. In the present model, vision, profit, and power of a network are controlled by one company. Blockchain came up with a new block infrastructure, and we have an opportunity to create networks that help you in giving the best interests and can program the future of your choice.
The blockchain is a technology that is launched for the first time in the human history, how it distributes is socially scalable. Smart contact is a blockchain; here need to perform two things no need trust the third person, whereas the third person brings them together. However, by trusting a new device may change human brain. Smart contact does not have an ability to change the real environment.
GovBlocks is a multifactorial governance framework that allows, configurable governance models for the blockchain platforms or applications, and GovBlocks creates a new class helps in managing tools, and classify a Decentralized Resources Planning (DRP) tools which can successfully manage their resources a decentralized community.

The author of the project writes in white paper that he was personally acquainted with Fred Ersham, Vitalik Buterin, Vlad Zamfir, Pereti Kasireddi, Hugh Karp. But, there is no information about whether this project was approved by Buterin.

This project is doing by 3 winners of London Blockchain Week Hackathon 2017.they have good knowledge. I checked they linked in profiles how ever i dont know how is there works. when i check details about project i feel its a good project. how ever there is no details about is it have a ico when is it begin.
