Guys here have 3 years of good, solid working product. Why would they need to scam? Of course it is ranging between 7.7M and 7.9M when market dropped 20% and never recovered back. Price of BTC was almost 16000, it is 12000 now and is not going back still. How do you expect progress bar to be back when BTC and ETH have never recovered?
