thanksThe basic steps, as told to me, are to get the wallet, run it to let it make the files needed, shut it down, set up your conf file, restart the wallet, let it sync, run your miner with the proper batch file.
He said he wanted to try.....
In your miner bat file point to localhost:"same port# as your wallet conf"
If you want add a --failover-only with a pool stratum for block detection
