Looks good but do we really need another generic scrypt coin? Particularly with the ASICS army coming, it doesn't seem like it will go the distance.
I don't think ASICS are that close and why would they pick such a new coin they will probably pick ones that will give them the most bang for their buck. I think scrypt coins will have to adapt to what Vertcoin is doing eventually to battle ASICS.
Do you really think no one will point their ASIC at other scrypt coins? Smart miners mine what is popular tomorrow and that is not necessarily LTC. It happened with SHA ASIC and it will with Scrypt too.
