Why is the amount of allocation for the Reward Program and Sign-up Bonus so large, can it reach 30% of the total supply?
I think that has been taken into consideration by the team before setting the number of allocations to each item with the right and tested calculations.

In the whitepaper there is a comparison of live streaming users each year. But why is the data used compared between 2015 and 2016? don't take the year adjacent to the present?

What about the legality of the LOBY tokens themselves?
LOBY tokens are a Utility Token, so the company or the Utility Token is not required to register with the State Legal Institution that regulates the Investment Law to sell its ICO Tokens to the public as Security Tokens that require multiple demands investment law and of course this Utility Token is free from federal laws governing ICO securities.
