Regarding me, its ok, he cant pay all at this moment, so I put this issue behind me, I dont agree that the problem with the lost coins are fault of mine/us.
But anyway I have recovered 10 days of mining, its not a big deal about the other 10 ming days lost, dunno what could happen , maybe Balthazar could be broke or maybe he will be broke, likely not but I dont like chances, better bird in hand than in bushes, whatever, I have downplayed a mistake.

Most likely he wants to withdraw funds that were mined before the event, not freshly mined ones. As things stand now, it's possible not everyone will get paid back.
