I always prefer after the launch, not before.
whats the point of this coin other than to purely pump n dump?
You're giving further incentives for people to mine it aggressively with no reason or means other than it's "new."
How does this make sense or seem like a good idea to anyone? You're just hoping to be a lucky miner (win some random coins) and get to dump before everyone else?

When to start mining?
I'm feeling lucky so I"m going to blast this coin with my 10,000khs. 4000 for solo mining, 3000 for the two pools. Let's see who feeds me more!

We still need at LEAST 2 more pools to avoid 51% attack instantly. OR pool owner should close pool NOW to force people to solo mine to even out hash rate across blockchain.
