Somebody knows if it will be never listed in other exchangers more than it's own?
It is planned to get LKK on other exchanges but there is no fixed ETA yet.

Hi Sanchoni25! No, it wasn't a mistake to deposit the private wallet directly. It seems as if the App sometimes doesn't properly detect a deposit - some other users have reported that issue as well. Please write a mail to [email protected] to make them aware of your case. I hope it will be fixed soon!

It's an unfortunate situation to have money stuck of course. But your money is safe, because as you say, it's on the correct address and has enough confirmations. Problem seems to be that the App currently has a problem to detect the deposit so it's not displayed in your App while it's in fact there.

) but the btc is still not listed on my wallet - I use the lykke app on my android phone. When will the btc appear? It already has over 40 confirmations!

Lykke Policy for Bitcoin Cash
In the light of the potential upcoming Bitcoin Cash (BCC) network split, Lykke will execute the following contingency plan:
1. Lykke will stop all exchange services, including all deposits, withdrawals, and trading, on 31 July 12:00 GMT.
2. If you would like to claim your BCC on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain after the hard fork, we recommend that you withdraw from your trading wallet to any private wallet. If you use a private wallet inside Lykke Wallet, you can access your BCC on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain client using your 12-word seed, which you can convert to a private key with the open source tool).
3. Lykke will resume exchange service on 2 August 12:00 GMT (conditional to the progress of the BCC hard fork). Six confirmations instead of three will be required to confirm BTC transactions.
4. Going forward, Lykke does not promise BCC support in the trading wallet. However, it will be possible to withdraw BCC later, even if we do not integrate BCC into the Lykke Wallet. Your best option is to act before the split.

I have updated my wallet today and now I am on version 8.8.3.
Since then I am unable to withdraw bitcoin and getting Runtime error, code: 15 message everytime I am trying to withdraw bitcoin.
Can this please be fixed on urgent basis and new version of app released asap?

Similar issue happening again. Last 3 transactions sent to the address on my profile are not shown in my wallet.

I am not sure why there are so many issues and same issue keeps happening again and again.
