Actually surprised by the development of this project. Was turned off by the typo in the ANN subject, but with the growing list of supported cryptos. Can't see a mobile version on the site though. Is there a mobile app for it?

Hello, we are happy to hear positive feedback on our project!
We have recently released the mobile version of the wallet, you can access it on https://app.magnumwallet.co. You can use any mobile browser for it Smiley
As for mobile apps, we are planning to release Android app very-very soon, stay tuned Wink

Is the feature to claim forks fully automatic? How many currencies does the wallet support and has it been tested significantly?

Yes, it is. Now wallet supports more than 700+ coins and tokens.
If you missed any airdrop, you can import your wallet where you had funds on the day of airdrop and claim it with our wallet.

But only as long as you held the private key to those wallets, it does of course not work for exchange wallets right?

For exchanges it doesn't work as usually exchanges claim forks on your funds by themselves
That is why we recommend storing all funds in a wallet rather than on an exchange

I created my wallet as soon I got my participation in the signature campaign confirmed.
Easy to use, interface design is nice.
It's a nice option for Bitcoin and other assets.

If everything goes out as planned in the roadmap, we would be able to see a good multi- currency atomic swap supported wallet. I do have some queries regarding the functioning of this wallet...

[1] If this an open source wallet, why do you create repository in Q2 of 2019? And as this is an open source, what do you as a team gain from creating a wallet?

[2] If this wallet supports crypto-fiat exchange, then what would be the possible fiat
currencies you guys would be adding?

[3] Can this be used in offline as we are using other light wallets like Electrum and MEW?

Thanks for your feedback and questions.

1. It isn't an open-source right now (however everyone can check our code and the network requests online), thats why we will create a repository later. We do not want to make it open source from the start due to several reasons: 1/ It takes a lot of time to prepare source code to publish it, our dev team isn't big and it's very overloaded( you can check how much work has been already done in our Telegram group) 2/ Our team releases some exclusive options for communities which are easy to be 'stolen' if they are open source, therefore we need to attract more users at first to have competitive advantage.
As I mentioned previously, Magnum has extra options for users which help to get some funds for the development and the list of such options will be expanded later. Moreover, we trying to participate at grants supported by coin founders and to make exclusive development tusks for their communities.

2. Magnum doesn't support crypto-fiat exchange now, but we have to release this feature till the end of Q1 2019. The available fiat currencies strongly depend on the partner we will choose to perform such transactions. We will try to support as many fiat currencies as we can, but the focus is on USD.

3. Unfortunately, this feature isn't ready to be released and it isn't a top priority, however, it will be available in the next few months as well.

Hope I answer your questions clearly, otherwise, do not hesitate to reach us.

so besides being able to save assets, I also trade with other traders on the Magnum platform? is Dex with Automic Swap ready to be launched in Q1 next year?

yes, exactly. You will able to have full control over the private keys and trade with other participants. We observe several ways to implement DEX and haven't made a decision yet.

Do you have a license right now? did not see it on your website about a license, so I am asking this question in here.
as far as I know, when you are going to open up DEX. You need to have a license or at least fully implement KYC for your costumer.
if you do not do one of it SEC will give you a penalty as they did to ETHERDELTA before,

We are managing the process of licensing now to implement DEX. We strictly follow the rules.

Hardware wallet for communities!

Previous week Magnum supported for several cryptocurrencies on Ledger. Now one can easily manage Bitcoin, Tezos, Litecoin, DigiByte, Komodo, Aion coin, Chainzilla using Magnum Wallet. Magnum is a first wallet supported claiming rewards of Komodo on Ledger. Moreover, now AION and Chainzilla communities have a vital opportunity which was unavailable before to manage their coins on Ledger via Magnum Wallet. Congratulations!

hopefully it will be the best storage solution in the future.

We hope you enjoy our wallet, feel free to make any suggestion. Our project is community-driven so we are happy to receive any feedback and implement it Magnum.
