Hey ihong,
We haven't abandoned MangoCoinz and we don't intend on doing so.
We working on improving the coin and getting it onto new exchanges.
We've had a slight setback with the iPhone version release, because we needed to redesign the app (which you can see on our newly redesigned website https://mangocoinz.com, the old website with the coin cap counter is still available here https://mangocoinz.com/android).
We have really awesome things lined up for MangoCoinz which will be available very soon.

Good question.
The first 1000 users that will get to Beta test the new iPhone version of MangoCoinz, because Apple has a limit of 1000 users that can Beta test an app.
After we've tuned everything we will release it to the App Store.

Is the physical location of devs really important, as long as they do their job?
While users are able to trade mangocoinz over-the-counter (e.g. see here) I strongly suggest you to not send money through PayPal and any other money transfer service that accepts credit cards can be easily reversed by the sender, even after several weeks (see here for a list of services not safe to use for cryptocurrency exchanges and/or trades). Always use escrows when doing a currency trade (or any other trade), a list here.

We're currently working on bringing MangoCoinz to the iPhone.
MangoCoinz doesn't have a messaging feature built in, so users can't send messages each other.
There are no game features right now.
