I saw new wallet version on github - 1.1.0.1. This is a mandatory update? Can not understand what the update description means.

V 1.1, Ubuntu 16.04.4. There was some error: Error opening block database. Do you want to rebuild the block database now?
Has anyone had the same error?
It happens when the computer turns off unexpectedly. You need to reindex and everything will be fine. If you need help come to our discord and we will help you
