Will Graphcoin be mined? Will PoS PoW? At the outset of the project will it be an ERC-20 token for fund raising? Will WhitePaper be available when?
Thx for the great questions! There is no PoW, it's Proof-of-Stake only. The block rewards are split between staking and MN's. We are not doing the ERC-20 ICO, and instead are doing an on-exchange launch with CryptoBridge selling two waves of masternode collateral to fund raise for our development road map. A whitepaper will likely come after the exchange launch, but we don't have a definitive time commitment on that.

can someone tell me if there is any pool or this coin is masternode only or what?
It's a PoS-only coin, with MN's and Staking. We'll be working on pool integrations.
