Nice to hear that this project (matrixcoin) is going to be the next big thing in crypto currency market. However, it will be good if the team members identity are revealed like others project since this involved investment of fund. Many will not invest into a project that has no good team and that means your teams is a selling point for you.

Also, you only stated the supply as of now, what will be the total supply of your coin then?
And setting-up for company registration is this year, where would that be?
