I tried to pay vr4mines just now - but as no blocks have been confirmed for more than 24 hours - vr4mines does not have an account balance for MEC on the system yet. As soon as the next lot of confirms go through I will credit the account.

Have to admit I couldn't find it either. Where is the account button, or tab? I see "Account : UserID" highlights when you mouse over it, clicking does nothing.

Oops, found it! Under "Browse History". Funny, because Furyoftheflames and I are both IT guys and deal with more complicated software all day long. Embarrassed

I think it just isn't very intuitive when you are used to the standard mining site.

My suggestion would be to link the account button to this data.

Well the recent issues probably scared some people off. If we'd get a few sites to start accepting MEC once we get a new diff algorithm, and all of this possibly before next halving.

You are likely correct that it scared a few people off, but that may be a good thing for those of us who can see beyond the short term. In the long run it will be about Megacoin's development and features vs. other coins. When compared to them, I believe we have many reasons to feel confident.
