White paper seems to be missing. MECRYP is a really good name though if you're plan is to create some kind of system where people make money for their memes. Imagine if someone could make a fraction of a cent off some of those dumb memes you see that go viral. Could really add up. IIRC there have been other proof-of-meme type projects before.
