It’s difficult to imagine the way to combine the data from all over the world. They’ve got so different forms. Somewhere the paper health records were used in the past. How will the data be taken from them?
I also think this is the hardest part to fulfill the target.
I have not read the white paper. But I should do so in order to understand the core idea.

Are creators going to use any official grants or anything like that in order to realize the project faster? Sure the World Health Organization will be interested in such a startup.
