i wouldn't worry there are people offering to sell 100k of this for next to nothing. So you didn't miss out on much most people got nothing or next to nothing. When you see very low starting diff which huge block rewards scaling downwards, then probably pass and stick to mining something that has some established value.
some are offering at 0.5 - 0.25ltc per 1000 so even if you get a few blocks it wasn't a fortune.
Coins need to be produced to get a fair amount of the coin into everyones hands early on or the interest just dies out.
I would probably say even premine 5Million and give it all out in give aways and prizes that's better than instamining or you may as well just give a million or 2 to a couple of people and what will they do with it if nobody has any interest in it?

Says the target ajustments are @ 600 blocks... it states only rise.... does not go down?
If it never adjusts with the hash rates if hash goes down would that not kill the coin?

yep need to make a .bat with this:
memecoin-qt.exe -server
save it in your memecoin folder with the QT
server=1 in conf file should be enough. But most people start the client first and then write the conf file, so restart is needed
