u will give up supportting it once more??
i don't think Bter will accept it once more, when last time u let it die.

The last time the voting system has been cheated. I'm convinced it will not happen this time.

Hey Freetrade. I'll put together a quick website if I have time. Going full steam on Invictus stuff right now though.

Thanks - we've got formal positions available too if you're interested - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-memorycoin-blockchain-is-hiring-369487

can you provide all steps needed for solo mining as the miner will be included with the QT release for everyone to have a fair start (even those who don't have a full background but are excited about your coin) or it will be preconfigured with sample conf and port ready to run?

Are you going to put a compiled version of Memory-qt when the coin is released?

Thanks Smiley

To the developer: the request to lay out at once not only code source codes, but also the compiled versions under Windows. it will be dishonest in relation to ordinary users

Good work Freetrade. This should be the most GPU resistant coin on the market. Someday a GPU miner will probably appear, but it's more difficult to develop in comparison to Primecoin or Quarkcoin.

p.s.

Freetrade, I hope you did read my reply to your PM in time.

I'll be updating this post with full details of MemoryCoin 2.0 over the next day for the launch.

The initial blocks will contain small block rewards, gradually increasing to a full block reward over the course of 48 hours - so you won't have any large advantage from starting at exactly the right moment - don't panic over the first few blocks.

Proof of Work
-------------
PoW is a modified Momentum based algorithm. It has a small SHA512 component, and a large AES component - chips with AES-NI instruction sets will fare *much* better -

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AES_instruction_set#Supporting_CPUs

The miner included with the MemoryCoin-qt will take advantage of AES-NI instruction sets.
Note - you might need to enable AES-NI in your BIOS - some manufacturers ship with it disabled.

Voting
------
The blockchain is Looking to hire
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-memorycoin-blockchain-is-hiring-369487

Parameters
-----------
Approximately 10 Million coins in the first 2 years, distribution favours early adopters
2% inflation per year after the first 2 years
5% Block reduction per week
6 Minute blocks
Difficulty adjustment every block, based on the previous 12 blocks

Codebase
---------
Based on the ProtoShares code base, which is based on Bitcoin 0.8.5
