I witnessed the whole thread and was on Bitcrea's side as far as allowing him to be heard in the thread; consequently, Voltarius yielded to the community and allowed Bitcrea to be heard.  Upon review of the argument, this is how I interpret it:  Bitcrea seen how much capital the project generated and feels like he, not unjustly maybe, deserves a larger piece of the pie for his work, plain and simple.

I mean, 1.5 BTC seems like a fair amount, and if, by chance, negotiations were interpreted differently by each party, they need to produce the contract to resolve the issue.

Your interpretation is wrong. Please read it carefully. I asked to pay what was agreed as a minimum amount BEFORE investments were kicking in, the amount of investments doesn't bother me at this point. Actually I am only asking for the minimum amount that was agreed.

Part of agreement talked on Skype:
Bitcrea: Okay, lets shake hands on this deal and we're set to go. How does that sounds: 10% if less than 100, 15% if more than 100. A minimum of 5BTC no matter how much do you sell. Sounds good?
 John: Ok!
 John: That sounds good!
 Bitcrea: Deal. Screenshot taken! (handshake)
 John: Deal! (handshake)

Mercurial was to be considered as a scam from beginning. Most posted it on the first page. There was some time before they got deleted, so you should have been warned about it.

He still owes me 3.5 BTC and yeah I got his IP and location, also points to Mexico.

I think there are two sides of the story regarding this, I know many designers who charge much much less than you, 3.5 btc that is extremely expensive for your work.

Sorry I do need to question you as well and sure that the truth will prevail soon.

He was already paid 1.5 BTC....so, he wanted a total of 5 BTC!  That's an astronomical amount to ask for design work in my opinion!

Let's make a new altcoin environment.
Why not just post the conversation with him so we can see?

How is that expensive? How do you put price on the work I do?
I'm not comparing myself to anyone else, I am professional at what I do and I make a living out of multidisciplinary graphic design.
Every agreement I make is based on various factors, so price fluctuates a lot per project.
The amount here is not the important factor anyways, the thing is we agreed on a deal and the deal was breached by other party - I do not tolerate that.

He did not paid me the full agreed amount of BTC for the graphic design work I did for Mercurial project.
He's simply ignoring me here and blocked me on Skype.
I have all chat logs and screenshots.

@sorinln, what makes you think that it's him in those facebook profiles?

1. Check this: https://www.indiegogo.com/individuals/9210590/campaigns
2. "[email protected]" this mail belongs to second fb account

Edit: maybe is are fake profiles but I want to emphasize that he lives in Mexico, not in USA as he pretends. Also his IP from the mail indicates Mexico.
