So what is an "immature" transaction? I hit block 11570 solo mining, but I don't want to get my hopes up if it is just a false positive or something.

Agree, but pool is not coin dev fail. 
Please calm down. As you can see, the block rewards will go up to 160,000 until starting to decline so the fair launch isn't over. Even if it takes some time for pools to get working, you'll still get just as much from mining if not more.
