So, I signed in this morning all giddy to find out what was happening with Artemine, and I run smack into this mess.  With that said, does anyone have any idea what the up side of either of these coins could be considering what has just been exposed.  Just trying to stay positive.  I have lost time and money on these types of things in the past, but before I invest in anything else I need to revisit the way I research these opportunities because I really missed the ball on this one.

The presumed fact that the Dev throw us a curve ball does not help.  Like the rest of you guys, I hope the Dev comes clean.  That would be the appropriate thing to do.  In other words the Dev needs to man up.

Actually dev hasn't done anything wrong, whole discussion is pure speculation that who owns most of the gens. I have seen this kind of shit-talking too many times but this goes quite much beyond everything what I have seen so far.

That's absolutely right, a few people on a thread get upset at the dev with no proof and all of the sudden it's labeled a scam project.  There's no proof of anything other than one person has a lot of MNE genesis addresses, how in the fuck does that make this a scam???

There is proof though, one person is in control of well over 800 gen address' and has been dumping on to exchanges a long with participating in the ICO that will continue to mine profit for this person. The only person who could possibly have that many genesis address' is the dev. That is the issue here. On top of this the dev will continue to produce it's coin through Artemine because they've used their genesis address' to participate in the ICO creating more genesis address that shouldn't even be there devaluating your Artemine.

This is a pretty serious accusation that I don't believe the dev addressed in any way possible. I am a long time supporter of MNE and ART and I am one of the most active people in the telegram group. This is nothing but bad.

On a side note, the address that sent most of the ETH to these gen address' also contains a huge amount of Polybius, if you guys remember Polybius it was a scam created by the makers of Hashcoins which was a scam for distributing mining hardware.

This is not a good sign, and on top of that the dev did not address the issue at all.

While I agree it would be stupid to blackmail them to cover up this information, it is equally stupid if not more to not address this issue at all.

Lol, go ahead then, buy when it's still low :-) nice trip to the moon on this one man spaceship :-)

I don't need to, I bought the MNE and ARTE that I wanted to.  Like a normal person, I assessed the risks and rewards of this penny stock and now I'm waiting to see what happens...

Don't start complaining when development lacks and someone dumps ART on you for 63 years :-)

I promise you I will not!  This investment represents about 3% of my portfolio...

A little question. If an exchange has an address deposit like Minereum if i send token to it, the tokens still stay on same address or will be moved to another address?

This discussion about genesis address .... I think will be stopped when ICO ending. Let's have this scenario: I invested x amount in day 1 and I have a nice % of ARTE, but before ending of day 1 someone put a large amount..... and my % was dramaticaly reduced. Now at day 2,3,.... more and more MNE is put on ICO, and my % is reduced day by day until ICO is finished. What should I do.... to promote this ICO to new investors and then my % of ARTE is even less, or to advice posible investor to run away from this ICO to protect my % of ARTE.....This was only fiction ....

After walking away from this and thinking about it, I have a suggestion that might help the Dev regain some credibility.

You mentioned Apple,  can the Dev provide any verifiable documentation that there has been interaction with Apple.  You can stay behind you shield of darkness, but lend some truth to what you are saying.

Just a thought.  I want this project to be successful.

The devs should be a lot more transparant, yes. This however doesn't change anything about the products. Artemine will serve a purpose as a facilitator for ICO's, which are really expensive as you know. I believe they'll make the process of launching an ICO a lot more easy and cheap. You'll pay with Art, which is how Art will hold its value. Also, I'm hopeful theyll incorporate Art into the MNE world app and the lottery. Both of those projects will pump MNE's price as well. Last, i hope they'll burn 10% of all coins that get invested in those projects, to combat the inflation created by the genesis mining.

What if I sold?
Guys, dont focus anymore on that concerns, because dev cant do anything about it, that's why it is a smart contract. He can't revise anything anymore without introducing new coion or new contract. From the first thing, it is an airdrop, many people (except me, I have only one) invest their time and efforts as well to make so many accts, which they dont know if will ahve value or not, and in this case, they seem to have paid off on that,
What my point here is its an airdrop from the start, so dont focus on that, just accept it that there is people who holds too many addresses, and maybe withdrawing daily to get money, but also come to mind, that maybe this people as well is using that money to help MNE in any way. Just accept the facts and adapt into it, Dont make the situation adapt in yourself, World and Life isnt fair, and you ahve a choice to adapt on it and do what you have to do to even it up, not whine like this.

Off course you want to continue to sell your airdropped coins, I would preach the same in your position.
But be aware that your free obtained coins need to be purchased by someone that either believes in the projects or expects a reasonable chance to make some profit with it. This is when the shit hits the fan! There is no feasible future for this coin since is has red flags all over it and there is absolutely no fair playground to expect a good ROI based on market conditions (or generic growth) since there is one big holder that can dump on you whenever he desires.

I totally understand your position in this discussion but from an investment perspective I would recommend to run away from it and look for opportunities somewhere else. If you still thinking about investing then wait until it falls below $1 which will be sooner then later I guess
I think you dont understand really, and you are the type of guys which want to be rich overnight,
First of all, on the buyers, they are not force to buy this coin, they buy it because they see its potential, If you are one of those buyers, don't whine because it is losing its value or dumping,
If you buy this for trading purposes only, then you are losing at otehrs minds, thats just the way it goes. You need to accept that.
No one is forcing any people to buy this, thats the point. For all buyers they want all to make money, battle of minds.

As a genesis holder you better stay out of this discussion since you got your coins for free and no matter what you want to keep trading.
You don't really care that it is a scam, all you want to do is to keep offloading your coins until your mining expires. Its not your fault that it ends like this, its just the risk when participating in an airdrop that goes sour. At least you havent lost anything besides your future earnings. Its just to facilitate future investors in their decision to walk away from this.
Well, you hang into this for sure in an desperate effort to offload your free coins as long as possible. I only hope that everybody realises this is a dead end street and your money is better off somewhere else

Some audible voices in this thread support MNE and ARTE, and some are against ... is their opinion. and I believe that voice of the community is expressed by market, value, if someone continually posting against MNE or supporting MNE, does not reflect opinion of majority.

What if I sold?
MNE is now at 36240 satoshi : it is a pity to see the price falling down every day.
The available supply is approximatively 500,000 MNE (total supply - ARTE ICO).
Yesterday, the exchange volume was 6 btc : 6 btc/0.00036240 btc = 16,556 MNE.

Who can sell at so low price and in such quantities ?

Read the above and you know. This coin was not fairly airdropped so a few holds almost all the Genesis accounts. They control the supply and price and can dump on you big time. Besides they don't care about the price that much since the genesis accounts where freely airdropped so that's why there is a continuous supply of cheap coins. IMO the price will drop to ATL now since this is all a big scam so a word of advice is to put your buying orders below 0.000200 for a while to see what happens. In the end you don't want to supply a couple of scammers with btc or ETH do you?

and when the ico begain, from all the gen address  send 21.11 to the ico address.
may be those gen address hoding by one person.

I also Statistics the MNE munber send to ico  address!
243.7MNE        432 address
21.1100MNE     402 address
57.59MNE        200 address
85.67MNE        198 address
73.66MNE        100 address
144.5MNE        94 address
243.61MNE       65 address
87.68MNE        64 address
100MNE          32 address
240MNE          20 address

Good job, but be carrefull, I think there is somme amount whithout issues :-).
Tipiccaly at least 2 amounts :
100 MNE is normal : a lot of differents sunscribers had probably subscribe with this "round" amount.
The same for 240 MNE : it was the available amount during the first day of the ARTE ICO.

I hope not team. They could get free Minereum tokens from Artemine ICO and sell them for a low price. I hope this is not the case.
