It's the last update the Dev posted. It was scheduled for last week but he said that was tentative. As such, most people are expecting the new exchange this week.

Agreed with you this project is moving into great direction so devs know better what is their destination. Plan for this project is looking very cool so only strong hands will take advantage to being stay clam down during this duration and in long term this would be fruitful for them.
